Futurefly.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the shop is open and available.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You are able to, right up to the actual ordering, to correct in the contents of the shopping cart and you can check the content and the price of the goods at any time.
Any additional payments, for example shipping and customs fees will only be calculated after you enter your shipping address, just before you are ready to complete payment.
When you're ready to order, click on "Proceed to checkout", where you enter your name, VAT number (if you are EU customer), address, email, phone number, payment method and shipping method.
You can change content in the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Place order" button. Then your order goes on to futurefly.dk.
When you place an order on www.futurefly.dk, you agree to enter into a purchase agreement with us. When shopping with FutureFly you need to provide a variety of information such as name, address, email and phone number. This information is required to be able to handle your order, but also in order for us to contact you if there are any problems with your order in the form of out of stock items, backorders or similar. We recommend that you print and save all correspondence with us. The order is fulfilled by completing the customer information form and approving the order. Then you receive an order confirmation by email.

As a retailer you will be able to be approved to pay on invoice. Contact us and inquire further if you wish to be approved to pay on invoice.
Your payment will be deducted from your account when the order is shipped from our warehouse. Payment is made through a secure connection.
FutureFly delivers to addresses throughout the world. Delivery time may vary depending on the country delivered to. For Denmark, delivery time will typically be 1-3 days after we have received your order. Should your order be delayed, we will send you an email with information about this. Your items are shipped with GLS to Denmark and Europe with insurance and tracking. Deliveries outside Europe can be shipped with GLS (including tracking and insurence) or with Post Danmark mail delivery, which is without insurance and tracking.
14 days consumer right of withdrawal/cancellation (only applies to EU countries)
When you shop at www.futurefly.dk, you usually have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
Some items are not covered by the cancellation right, and will be shown in the order process.
The 14 days right of cancellation starts on the day you have received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or a product delivered in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item or lot.
After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
On some items there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal. We will notify you in the order confirmation if there are goods where the cancellation right does not apply, for example, due to the nature of the item or where you will loose your cancellation right by breaking seals.
In order to make use of the cancellation right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) by unambiguous statement. Write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your purchase.

When returning, please ensure that the items are properly wrapped. You own the responsibility for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt and track and trace number.
You must pay the cost of returning the item(s) yourself when you regret.
We expect you to ship the items as soon as possible after you have notified us about the cancellation, and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted.
Note! We do not receive packages sent per. COD (Cash on delivery) or similar.
Documentation for your purchase
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. For example, if you have paid with a card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card you used to purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 14 days after the error was detected.

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our handling and minimizes the time of processing your complaint. If you are eligible for a refund, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. If not, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, and we may charge you an amount of up to 200 DKK for examination of the item.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until our receipt of it. Therefore, save the receipt for mail dispatch incl. information on shipping rates and possibly track and trace number.

The above data is stored with information about which items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information relates, § 10 of the Public Administration Act, after which the information is deleted.
If you have created a login to be able to do self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to.
Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.

Law and jurisdiction
Any dispute between FutureFly ApS and the buyer shall be settled in accordance with Danish law with Aalborg Byret/Vestre Landsret as agreed by the court of law, § 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (retsplejelovens § 245), whether the case is brought by FutureFly ApS against the buyer or buyer against FutureFly ApS.
